As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, ensuring the team has everything they need so service runs like clockwork. You’ll support your team by encouraging and helping them to work well together, ensuring every dish served meets the highest standards.

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you will:

  • Prepare, cook, and present food that meets customer expectations and specs
  • Maintain strict hygiene standards and follow safety regulations to protect your team and guests
  • Deputise for Kitchen Management – resolve issues when the team are absent
  • Organise and coordinate the kitchen team during peak service hours to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a high-octane kitchen environment and lead effectively during busy service periods
  • A passion for creating and delivering delicious, well-presented meals consistently
  • Commitment to setting high standards – help your colleagues succeed while ensuring every customer receives their ideal dish
  • Strong problem-solving mindset – adapt quickly to challenges as they arise
