Responsibilities

As Kitchen Team Leader, your key duties include:

  • Training & inspiring your kitchen team to consistently deliver high-quality food that they—and their guests—can be proud of.
  • Driving results by achieving targets and motivating your team to meet performance goals.
  • Supporting food ordering, preparation, and stock control, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Mastering branded menu operations while maintaining consistency.
  • Ensuring your team adheres to food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
  • Building a positive culture where everyone feels valued and part of a supportive team.
