The Opportunity
Are you an experienced Kitchen Team Member eager to take the next step? As a Kitchen Team Leader at The Castle, you’ll play a key role in driving business success while developing your leadership and culinary skills to grow your career.
As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll bring:
- The ability to support, coach, and mentor your team
- A high standard of food knowledge and skill
- Up-to-date COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety (H&S) compliance
- Willingness to develop personally and lead your team at The Castle

Key Responsibilities
As a Kitchen Team Leader, your role includes:
- Collaborating with the Kitchen Manager to assist in food preparation
- Producing high-quality dishes consistently to meet guest expectations
- Overseeing and supervising the kitchen team when the Manager is unavailable
- Managing stock, ordering, and supplies efficiently
- Ensuring the kitchen remains clean, hygienic, and well-maintained
- Sharing creative ideas to improve kitchen performance
- Motivating the team to achieve company-wide targets
