Responsibilities: What Will I Be Doing?

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll excel in:

  • Training: Cultivate motivated, well-rounded chefs who take pride in their craft and delight customers.
  • Say YES to results: Break through targets by fostering teamwork and resilience.
  • Operational mastery: Organize procurement, ensure labeling and stockkeeping are spot-on, and keep your team cooking from branded menus efficiently.
  • Health & safety culture: Uphold compliance with health and hygiene regulations—straight from the kitchen to the front of house.
