Kitchen Team Leader
Kitchen Team Leader – Premier Inn London Putney Bridge Hotel
Location: Premier Inn London Putney Bridge hotel, 3 Putney Bridge Approach, London SW6 3JD
Hours: 40 hours per week (5 days)
Pay: Up to £16.31 per hour

About the Role
Working closely with the Hotel Manager, you’ll oversee the kitchen, ensuring food quality, hygiene standards, and smooth service execution. This hands-on leadership position requires strong organisational skills, practical management experience, and a passion for driving culinary excellence.
This role is ideal for Career-focused Chefs or those eager to refine leadership skills and climb the ladder to more senior roles.

Key Responsibilities

Kitchen Operations & Development
- Manage rotas, food orders, and stock control to keep costs under tight control.
- Steer the team through peak service times, ensuring seamless workflow and high standards.

Quality & Compliance
- Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards, including training team members and audits.

Culinary Leadership
- Deliver Premier Inn breakfasts and classic pub meals to perfection, meeting industry requirements.
- Support new team members during the onboarding process.

Strategic Growth & Ownership
- Gain experience transitioning into a Head Chef or senior managerial role within Whitbread.
