Kitchen Team Member – Edinburgh City Centre (Princes Street) Premier Inn
Location Edinburgh City Centre (Princes Street) Premier Inn, Edinburgh, EH2 4HD
Contract & Pay
- Up to £13.56 per hour
- Fixed Term Contract until 31st December 2026
- 30 hours per week (over 5 days, including weekends)
- Immediate start, no chef experience required
- No zero-hours contracts available

West You’ll Do
As part of the Kitchen Team Member role, you’ll play an essential part in creating great dining experiences for our guests while engaging with a culture that celebrates individuality and ambition.
- Prepare, organize, and cook exceptional meals to welcome and serve Premier Inn guests
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment with minimal training required
- Build strong relationships within the team and support guests with a welcoming attitude
