This is a role for someone who loves being in the kitchen, has great attention to detail, and wants to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment.
Reporting to: General Manager
Contract: Full-time & Part-time available
Pay: €14.50–€15.25 per hour depending on experience and role
What You’ll Be Doing
- Food Safety & Compliance – Follow all food safety protocols and ensure everything we serve meets the highest safety standards.
- Hygiene Hero – Keep the kitchen spotless and ensure equipment is always sanitised and safe to use.
- Allergen Alert – Understand allergens and help ensure every dish is safely prepared for all customers.
- Recipe Rundown – Work with prep sheets and help keep the kitchen running smoothly with accurate, consistent prep.
- Flavour Focus – Care deeply about taste and presentation. You know great food when you see (and taste) it.
- Process Perfection – Know the menu, ingredients and procedures inside out. Follow our SOPs to keep everything efficient and consistent.
- Helping Hand – Support the Kitchen Leader with stock checks, rotation, and keeping an eye on kitchen operations.
- All Hands on Deck – Ready to jump in when it’s busy, support the service line and work wherever you’re needed most.
