Are you a Kitchen Team Member or Kitchen Porter ready to take the next step in your career? As a Kitchen Team Member, you’ll be crucial to our business success while developing transferable skills to grow within hospitality.

Key Attributes & Requirements

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

  • A passion for hospitality
  • A willingness to learn and develop skills daily
  • A keen eye for detail
  • The ability to assist the Head Chef with:
    • Ordering and stock taking
    • Food hygiene compliance at Golden Fleece
  • Experience (or willingness to learn) in maintaining kitchen equipment

Responsibilities

As a Kitchen Team Member, your key duties will include:

  • Assisting with food preparation
  • Producing high-quality dishes consistently to meet our guest standards
  • Ensuring the kitchen remains clean, organised, and hygienic at all times
  • Overseeing deliveries and stock management
  • Offering creative suggestions to enhance kitchen efficiency and service
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve company-wide and point-of-sale targets
