- The ability to assist the Head Chef with:
- Orders
- Stock taking
- Food hygiene at The James Tassie
- Experience in maintaining kitchen equipment

Responsibilities
As a Kitchen Team Member, your key duties will include:
- Assisting with food preparation
- Producing high-quality dishes consistently to our guests’ specifications
- Ensuring the kitchen remains in an excellent, clean, and hygienic condition at all times
- Overseeing deliveries
- Offering suggestions and creative ideas to improve kitchen performance
- Collaborating with the team to achieve company targets
