# The Opportunity
Are you a Kitchen Team Member or Kitchen Porter eager to grow your skills? This role offers a fantastic chance to develop while contributing meaningfully to our team’s success.
We’re looking for someone with:
- A strong passion for hospitality
- A willingness to learn and continuously improve
- A keen eye for detail in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to assist the Head Chef with:
- Order management
- Stock taking
- Food hygiene
- Experience maintaining kitchen equipment

# Key Responsibilities
As a Kitchen Team Member, your role includes:
- Assisting with food preparation and execution
- Producing high-quality dishes to specification for guests
- Ensuring impeccable kitchen hygiene and cleanliness at all times
- Overseeing deliveries and stock control
- Contributing creative ideas to improve kitchen efficiencies
- Collaborating with the team to meet company performance targets
