Job Opportunity
We are looking for enthusiastic and personable individuals to join the Business Unit Administration team supporting Specialist Mental Health and Learning Disability services. The post will be based within Fulton Clinic at Royal Cornhill Hospital, Aberdeen.
About the Role
The post holder will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to members of NHS Grampian’s Specialist Mental Health and Learning Disabilities Senior Leadership. There may be times where the post holder is required to support other members of the team during periods of leave or unexpected absence.

Key Requirements
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
- Enjoys working with people in a flexible way
- Works autonomously but is a confident team player
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize daily workload
- Experience with new systems and processes, and contributing to their development
- Good organisational skills and confident in using IT systems
