About the Team

The knowledge team plays a critical role within our global Customer Care operation. Our knowledge platform acts as the single source of truth for colleagues, empowering them to deliver the right customer outcomes—first time.

This is an exciting time to join us as we’re exploring and deploying new AI capabilities. We operate at speed but always have strong guidance, support, and growth opportunities for our people.


About the Role: Knowledge Analyst

The Knowledge Analyst is responsible for defining, creating, and maintaining knowledge content—ensuring it accurately represents our operational processes in Customer Care.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Knowledge Manager in shaping Customer Care and knowledge strategy
  • Creating, updating, and publishing content in line with strategic plans—ensuring brand alignment
  • Measuring and analysing the effectiveness of our knowledge management tool, identifying improvement areas to boost product adoption
  • Acting as an ambassador for knowledge management across the business
  • Conducting external research and benchmarking—continuously improving our knowledge product with fresh insights

About You

We’re searching for someone who: ✅ Has an eye for detail and a proactive mindset—always spotting ways to make things better ✅ Can explain improvements clearly and compellingly ✅ Has previous experience in copywriting or working in a knowledge environment (essential for success in this role) ✅ Ideally has experience in contact centre operations (valued but not mandatory)
