Job Title: Knowledge Management Business Partner – Europe
Location: Tewkesbury or Wolverhampton, UK Work Schedule: Onsite Reports to: Director, Knowledge Management
Moog’s Corporate Group is seeking a Knowledge Management (KM) Regional Business Partner to join the Knowledge Management Organization in Tewkesbury or Wolverhampton, UK.
In this role, you will:
Drive knowledge management initiatives across all Moog business units in the European region to support strategic priorities defined by the Executive Team and regional senior leaders. Ensure critical knowledge is captured, stored, and shared to strengthen operational excellence and innovation.
Requirements
Essential:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in operations, quality, or engineering within the aerospace and defense industry, including exposure to products, systems, and standards
- 3+ years of people leadership experience, including developing and coaching high-performing teams
- Experience with ISO9001 and AS9100 requirements in human capital, organizational knowledge, competence, skills, and compliance
- Proven ability to lead through influence and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve operational objectives
- Experience successfully leading teams through organizational and process change
- Strong continuous improvement mindset with demonstrated success in strategy development and process/program implementation
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Solid technical and project management capabilities
- Willingness to travel up to 30% as required

Preferred:
- Experience with Knowledge Management systems, frameworks, or tools
- Familiarity with Moog products, systems, and standards
- Experience with Teamcenter or similar PLM systems
- Exposure to AI, data, or digital solutions applied to knowledge management
Key Responsibilities

Lead & Build Capability
- Establish and lead the KM support team to execute projects and process implementations aligned with priorities.
- Lead regional steering committees to ensure collaboration with regional Operations and HR teams.

Strategy Development & Execution
- Develop and execute 1–3 year KM strategies to close gaps in key areas.
- Partner with regional leaders to deploy and sustain KM practices in line with Moog global standards.

Knowledge Capture & Sharing
- Collaborate with senior technical experts to capture and grow bench strength of critical process and product knowledge.
- Foster a strong knowledge-sharing culture using KM systems.

Systems & Integration
- Partner with the Corporate KM team and leadership to ensure knowledge capture aligns with future-state systems, making it accessible, usable, and scalable.

Performance Measurement
- Define and measure KM effectiveness using metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Training & Adoption
- Partner with regional resources to develop training and awareness programs that promote KM system usage and best practices across all sites.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with other KM Business Partners, Instructional Design, and Data Analytics teams to align with enterprise KM goals.
