Position Overview
Moog’s Corporate Group is seeking a Knowledge Management (KM) Regional Business Partner based in Tewkesbury or Wolverhampton, UK. You will play a critical role in driving knowledge management initiatives across all Moog business units in the European region, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities defined by Moog’s Executive Team and regional senior leadership.
In this role, you will support the capture, storage, and sharing of critical knowledge to enhance operational excellence and innovation.
Your Responsibilities
As the KM Regional Business Partner, your key responsibilities include:
Lead & Build Capability
- Establish and lead a KM support team, executing projects and process implementations aligned with Moog’s priorities.
- Lead regional steering committees to ensure strong engagement with Operations and HR teams.
Strategy Development & Execution
- Develop and execute 1–3 year KM strategies to address regional knowledge gaps in critical areas.
- Partner with regional leaders to implement and sustain KM practices in line with Moog’s global standards.

Knowledge Capture & Sharing
- Collaborate with senior technical experts to capture and grow bench strength of key process and product knowledge.
- Foster a strong culture of knowledge sharing via KM systems.
Systems & Integration
- Partner with the Corporate KM team and regional leadership to ensure knowledge capture aligns with future-state systems.
- Ensure KM content is accessible, usable, and scalable.
Performance Measurement
- Define, measure, and continuously improve KM effectiveness through reliable metrics and feedback.
Training & Adoption
- Work with regional resources to launch training and awareness programs that promote KM system usage and best practices across all sites.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Engage closely with other KM Business Partners, Instructional Design, and Data Analytics teams to maintain enterprise-level KM alignment.
Who You Are
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in operations, quality, or engineering, particularly within aerospace and defense (including products, systems, and standards).
- 3+ years of people leadership experience, including developing and coaching high-performing teams.
- Experience with ISO9001 and AS9100 standards, focusing on human capital, competence, and skills requirements, alongside compliance.
- A proven ability to lead through influence and collaborate cross-functionally to drive operational objectives.
- Experience leading teams through organizational or process change.
- A continuous improvement mindset, with a history of developing strategies and implementing process or program improvements.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Solid technical and project management capabilities.
- Readiness to travel up to 30% as needed.

Preferred Qualifications
The following will be seen as advantageous:
- Experience with Knowledge Management systems, frameworks, or tools.
- Familiarity with Moog’s products, systems, and standards.
- Experience with Teamcenter or similar PLM systems.
- Exposure to AI, data, or digital solutions applied to knowledge management.
