The Role
The Knowledge Management Team Administrator is a customer-facing role that supports the Knowledge Management Team and wider business. Reporting to the Knowledge and Engagement Lead, this role ensures seamless intranet operations while fostering strong relationships across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- First-line support: Answer queries and update internal content on the intranet
- Intranet management: Load and maintain text, images, videos, and infographics while adhering to standards and styles
- User training & support: Train employees, develop documentation, and boost intranet adoption
- Administrative duties: Assist with document rebranding, reformatting, and routine support tasks
- Lookbook management: Own and update the intranet Lookbook and Knowledge Management portal
- Collaborate with Regional Communication Teams on news articles
- Analytical reporting: Provide data-driven insights on user behaviour and intranet activity
- Ensure timely delivery: Prioritise tasks to meet business expectations

Requirements
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, collaborative professional with:
- Experience using Microsoft’s Office 365 suite
- Strong executive time management and trading skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication to engage with diverse stakeholders
- Self-organisation in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Adaptability when following standardised procedures and templates About the Role
The Knowledge Management Team Administrator role sits within the Knowledge Management Team and reports into the Knowledge and Engagement Lead.
