Knowledge Paralegal | Restructuring (FTC with strong long-term potential) London | Hybrid Working
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Knowledge Paralegal to join the Restructuring team of a leading US law firm in London. This is a newly created position, offering the chance to play a key role in shaping and developing the teams knowledge function.
The role is initially offered on a 5-month fixed-term contract, with a strong view to becoming a permanent, long-term position due to continued growth and demand within the team.
The Role - you will work closely with senior lawyers to: Lead on know-how collation and organisation Support the development and maintenance of internal knowledge resources Conduct legal and market research to support the team Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies, including through the use of AI tools

Candidate Profile: Previous know-how or knowledge experience within a law firm is highly desirable Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills Excellent research capabilities A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate team needs Interest in or exposure to AI and legal technology (or willingness to learn) Prior restructuring experience is not essential
