This is an exciting opportunity for an intern to support the improvement of how project knowledge is captured and shared by creating clear, consistent, and user-friendly work instructions. The role focuses on standardising documentation and workflows, enabling new team members to onboard quickly and confidently while ensuring processes are easy to follow and accessible across the team.

What you'll be handling:

Reviewing and improving existing project documentation Collaborating with subject matter experts to understand processes Creating clear, step-by-step work instructions Standardising content using consistent templates and formats Organising documentation for easy access and navigation Identifying gaps and ensuring accuracy through stakeholder validation
