KS1 Class Teacher - Worksop
Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated KS1 Class Teacher looking for flexible and rewarding primary roles across Worksop?
Academics are supporting a number of friendly and well-regarded primary schools across Worksop who are seeking confident Key Stage 1 practitioners for temporary, ongoing supply positions. This is a great opportunity for teachers wanting flexibility, variety and supportive school environments.

Full-time or part-time, temporary ongoing (flexible supply)
Pay
£130 - £190 per day (paid via PAYE - no umbrella company fees)

ASAP or from a start date that suits you
About the Role
As a KS1 Class Teacher in Worksop, you will deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning to pupils in Year 1 and Year 2, supporting their early reading, writing, numeracy and social development. Roles available range from day-to-day cover to longer-term bookings for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned to the KS1 curriculum
- Create a positive and structured classroom environment
- Adapt lessons to meet a range of learning needs
- Assess progress and maintain learning standards
- Work collaboratively with support staff and teachers
- Follow safeguarding and behaviour policies consistently
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Previous KS1 teaching experience (Year 1 or Year 2)
- Strong classroom and behaviour management
- Flexible and professional approach
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
