KS1 Teaching Assistant | Bromley | September
Are you a graduate who enjoys working with younger children and wants to gain valuable classroom experience before becoming a Primary Teacher? This KS1 Teaching Assistant opportunity in Bromley offers the chance to join a welcoming primary school where early learning, creativity and pupil development are central to school life.
As a KS1 Teaching Assistant, you'll support pupils through one of the most important stages of their education, helping to develop confidence in reading, writing and mathematics while encouraging curiosity and independence.

Full Academic Year | £500–£550 per week

- Training in phonics, guided reading and early Maths interventions

Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting pupils during daily classroom activities
- Delivering phonics and guided reading sessions
- Working with small intervention groups
- Preparing engaging learning resources
- Encouraging positive behaviour and independence
- Supporting teachers with assessment activities
The successful KS1 Teaching Assistant will:

- Hold A-Levels (or equivalent qualifications) and a BA degree
- Have excellent communication skills
