What you need

  • Proven experience supporting diverse learning needs, including pupils with SEND (e.g., ASD, dyslexia, ADHD) or those requiring targeted catch-up support. All applicants must have prior SEN experience.
  • Strong experience delivering targeted interventions or tutoring across the Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 curriculum (primarily English/Phonics and Mathematics), or holding a relevant teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS).
  • Ability to commute to our primary operating areas (London, Surrey, Manchester, or Kent) for your initial interview and potential placements.
  • A valid right to work in the UK and an Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or a willingness to obtain one).
  • A strong understanding of the National Curriculum, primary assessment frameworks, or foundational phonics schemes, alongside the ability to implement tailored lesson plans and track student progress effectively.
  • A compassionate approach combined with exceptional communication skills suitable for collaborating with young learners, parents, and school staff.
