KS2 Class Teacher - Worksop
Are you an enthusiastic and committed KS2 Class Teacher looking for flexible supply work across Worksop?
Academics are working closely with a number of supportive and welcoming primary schools in the area, seeking experienced and confident KS2 practitioners for temporary, ongoing supply opportunities.
Position: KS2 Class Teacher
Location: Worksop, Nottinghamshire
Contract: Temporary, flexible ongoing placements
Pay: £130 - £190 per day (paid via PAYE - no umbrella company fees)
Start Date: ASAP or from a start date that suits you
About the Role
As a KS2 Class Teacher, you will be delivering engaging, well-structured lessons across Upper and Lower Key Stage 2.
You will be working in a variety of Worksop schools, giving you the flexibility to choose when and where you work while continuing to make a positive impact on pupils' learning.

Key Responsibilities
- Teach engaging lessons across KS2 in line with the primary curriculum
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of mixed-ability learners
- Promote positive behaviour and create a calm, structured classroom environment
- Maintain learning records and provide constructive feedback
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and school leaders
- Uphold safeguarding responsibilities at all times
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching KS2 in UK primary schools
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to different school settings
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
