Core Responsibilities
Key duties include:
- Strategic Planning: Designing and delivering **engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons relevant to KS2 curriculum expectations.
- Assessment: Driving SATs and end-of-key-stage prep through data-enhanced teaching to improve pupil attainment and progress.
- Leadership: Guiding teacher peers, modelling teaching efficacy, and setting high expectations for behaviour and educational outcomes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Ensuring seamless teacher, pupil, and parental engagement across all KS2 stages.
- Inclusivity & Innovation: Maintaining a positive, inclusive learning environment with stimulating pedagogical approaches.

Requirements
- Current Primary Teacher with QTS in England
- Strong KS2 curriculum knowledge, including proficiency in SATs preparations and transition to secondary school
- Year 6 class experience preferable but not mandatory
- Middle leadership aspirations, willingness to collaborate, and problem-solving mindset
