KS2 Phase Lead & Year 6 Teacher – Outstanding Opportunity in Wandsworth (September 2026 Start)
Are you an experienced Year 6 or Upper Key Stage 2 (KS2) Teacher looking for an exciting new opportunity from September 2026? Do you want to inspire pupils through a crucial stage of their education while developing your leadership career?
We are seeking a qualified Primary Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) who is confident in preparing pupils for their SATs and the transition to secondary school, and ready to step into a rewarding KS2 Phase Lead role within a high-performing and supportive primary school.

Key Responsibilities
The successful KS2 Phase Lead will:
- Deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons
- Prepare pupils effectively for SATs and end-of-Key Stage 2 assessments
- Use assessment data strategically to raise attainment and progress
- Lead, support, and inspire colleagues across KS2
- Maintain consistently high expectations for behaviour and achievement
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Key Requirements
- Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and SATs expectations
- Reflective, proactive, and adaptable leadership approach
