Role: Key Stage 2 Teacher (Full-Time)

Salary: GBP140 - GBP233 Per Day

Key Stage 2 is a pivotal time in a child's journey. We are looking for an ambitious, creative, and organised KS2 Teacher to join a high-achieving primary school in Tamworth. Whether you are helping Year 3 transition from the infants or guiding Year 6 through their final SATs preparations, we want a teacher who can balance academic rigour with inspiration.
This is a full-time, temporary role for a professional who is passionate about developing independent, confident, and resilient learners.

- Are Qualified: You hold QTS (Early Career Teachers / ECTs are encouraged).
- Are Curriculum Savvy: You have a strong grasp of the KS2 National Curriculum, particularly in core subjects like English and Maths.
- Are a Strong Communicator: You can explain complex ideas in a way that clicks for 7-to-11-year-olds.
- Are Safe: You are 100% committed to safeguarding and promoting the emotional wellbeing of your pupils.

Your Core Responsibilities
- Plan and Deliver: Create challenging, engaging lessons that push students to reach their full potential.
- Analyse: Use data and assessment to identify gaps and provide targeted interventions (especially for Year 6).
- Inspire: Lead a classroom where students feel empowered to take risks and think critically.
- Engage: Maintain strong partnerships with parents, keeping them informed of their child's academic and social progress.
