Actual salary: £10,197 - £11,041 per annum (FTE: £26,141 - £28,305)
15 hours per week, term time only
Fixed Term until 31st December 2026 due to pupil numbers
Required To Start 1st September 2026
Hunloke Park Primary is a happy and popular school in Wingerworth. The pupils, staff and Governors are looking to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic, fun, hardworking and motivated Teaching and Learning Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated KS2 team from 1st September 2026 to 31st December 2026.

- Has a wide range of knowledge and experience of supporting children with Special Educational Needs.
- Is warm and friendly and develops excellent relationships with parents and carers.
- Has a sense of humour and is fun, fully embracing all aspects of school life.
- Will embrace our school ethos and add to our brilliant team.

Essential
- Level 3 Teaching and Learning Qualification, which is UK approved as full and relevant by the Department for Education (Check an early years qualification - GOV.UK)
- Suitable Level 2 Qualification in English or equivalent
Desirable
- Experience supporting children with SEND.
- Paediatric First Aid training.
- Knowledge of behaviour-support strategies and early intervention approaches.
- Safer Eating and Safer Sleep training.
- DFE Early Years and child development training
