About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and passionate teacher to lead KS3 Maths, driving excellence in curriculum, teaching, and student outcomes. Working closely with the Head of Maths, you will shape and deliver a challenging, knowledge-rich curriculum that develops strong mathematical understanding, confidence, and fluency while ensuring all students make excellent progress.

Responsibilities

  • Lead collaborative curriculum planning
  • Monitor the quality of teaching and assessment
  • Support colleagues through coaching and CPD
  • Use assessment effectively to secure outstanding outcomes for all learners, particularly disadvantaged and SEND students
