Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and passionate teacher to lead KS4 Maths, driving excellence in curriculum, teaching, and student outcomes. Working closely with the Head of Maths, you will lead the delivery of a challenging, ambitious curriculum that prepares students for success at GCSE and ensures consistently high standards of teaching, learning, and achievement.
Responsibilities
- Lead collaborative curriculum planning
- Monitor the quality of teaching and assessment
- Support colleagues through coaching and CPD
- Use assessment and data effectively to secure outstanding outcomes for all learners, particularly disadvantaged and SEND students
