The role:
My client are looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong Kubernetes / OpenShift experience to join their team.
You will be required in the office 2 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Building and automating hybrid infrastructure using Terraform, with a focus on Kubernetes / OpenShift environments
- Improving automation across containerised environments using Ansible and Python
- Collaborating with various teams with a focus on GitOps
- Supporting teams with pipelines, CI/CD, developer tooling and Kubernetes / OpenShift workloads
- Assisting Linux Engineering team with deployments, configuration management and operations
- Capacity planning and documentation

Required skills:
- Strong experience working with OpenShift / Kubernetes environments
- Experience working in a hybrid cloud infrastructure environment (AWS / GCP)
- Strong all round DevOps experience – CI/CD, GitOps, Container management
- Strong Linux experience
- Demonstrable experience around scripting and automation: Terraform, Python, Ansible, Bash
- Broad understanding of Networking concepts
- Familiarity with Databases useful (MySQL, QuestDB)
