KYC Analyst
Client Due Diligence (CDD) Control Analyst – Glasgow
Role Collaboration Hackajob is collaborating with Barclays to connect them with exceptional professionals for this position within their Wealth & Investments and Private Bank UK & International businesses.
About the Role
As a Client Due Diligence (CDD) Control Analyst, you will play a vital role in safeguarding Barclays’ operations by ensuring compliance with business standards, Global Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy, and regulatory expectations. This position is technical, detail-driven, requiring deep expertise in adherence to strict criteria and processes.
Purpose
Support Private Banking (PBWM) with daily responsibilities including processing, reviewing, reporting, and resolving issues related to client accounts, products, and services.
Responsibilities
Core Accountabilities

Support day-to-day Private Bank and Wealth Management initiatives, covering:
- Processing, reviewing, and reporting on client matters
- Account, product, and service-related issue resolution
- Managing client relations to deliver high-quality tailored service

Collaborate with internal teams to align and integrate Private Bank and Wealth Management processes

Identify improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations for refinements

Develop and implement:
- Private Bank and Wealth Management procedures and controls
- Risk mitigation processes to enhance operational efficiency

Create and present st reports and insights on performance trends and metrics, communicating findings to senior stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Prior hands-on experience in Wealth & Investments or Private Banking environments
