KYC / Client Data Remediation Analyst - Wealth Management

📍London (onsite) - 4 month contract

Marshall Wolfe are hiring on behalf of our investment banking client, who are hiring for a KYC & Data Remediation Analyst, within its Wealth Management division. This role will focus on a key project aimed at improving the accuracy, consistency and governance of institutional partner and client information across multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a data remediation and documentation project across Wealth Management.
  • Review existing client and partner records, identifying data gaps, inconsistencies and standardisation opportunities.
  • Process and coordinate system updates to ensure accurate and complete client information.
  • Liaise with clients to obtain KYC documentation and supporting information where required.
  • Partner with Operations teams to manage approvals and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews to validate the accuracy and completeness of updates.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, playbooks and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with sales teams, operations and stakeholders to resolve issues and support project delivery.

  • Strong understanding of AML/KYC processes and account maintenance requirements.
  • Previous experience within Wealth Management, Financial Services, Operations, KYC, AML, Client Onboarding or Data Remediation.
  • Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder and client engagement skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
