Colley Farm Buildings

Colley Farm Buildings is a family-run specialist in portal steel-framed buildings across Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire, with 50+ years’ agricultural expertise.

As a Level 3 Business Administration Apprentice at Hutton Cranswick

You’ll support office operations, sales, stock, and billing.

Administrative & Office Support

  • Welcoming visitors, handling reception duties, and answering calls
  • Maintaining purchase and sales ledgers
  • Filing and managing document flow/traceability
  • Preparing weekly, monthly, and annual reports
  • Reconciling delivery notes, invoices, and contract paperwork
  • Supporting Health & Safety administration and First Aid records
  • Ordering and monitoring PPE, stationery, and sundries
  • Coordinating hand tool maintenance and assisting with workshop needs
  • Handling outgoing post and occasional driving of company vehicles
  • Using Microsoft Office, SAGE Accounts, and following cybersecurity practices
