L3 Digital Marketing Apprentice

Location: Tamworth, Staffordshire
Working arrangement: Full-time, on-site
Apprenticeship: Level 3 Digital Marketing Apprenticeship
Working hours: 9am - 5pm Weekdays

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Apprentice to join our team in Tamworth.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has a genuine interest in marketing and wants to build practical experience while completing a Level 3 Digital Marketing Apprenticeship.

You will work across a varied range of projects for both B2B and B2C clients. The role will cover several areas of digital marketing, including social media, website design, search engine optimisation, content creation, email marketing, paid advertising and campaign reporting.

No two days will be exactly the same. You will receive training and support while gradually taking on more responsibility and developing your confidence, technical skills and understanding of digital marketing.

Previous marketing experience would be a great advantage, but it is not essential. We are primarily looking for someone with the right attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in the industry.

  • Creating, scheduling and managing social media content
  • Writing blog posts, website content, social media captions and marketing copy
  • Supporting the design and development of client websites
  • Updating and optimising website pages
  • Helping to improve website structure, content and user experience
  • Supporting search engine optimisation campaigns
  • Carrying out keyword research and competitor research
  • Monitoring website traffic and campaign performance
  • Producing regular analytics and marketing reports
  • Assisting with email marketing campaigns
  • Supporting paid advertising campaigns
  • Creating graphics and other digital content
  • Communicating with clients by email, telephone and during meetings
  • Gathering information and feedback from clients
  • Making sure work is accurate and completed to a high standard
  • Keeping up to date with digital marketing trends and platform changes

Any previous experience in marketing, social media, website design, content writing or creative software would be beneficial, but it is not essential.
