Description Qualified Field Bank StaffJob description Little Elms is a family run business where people really matter, feel valued and have a voice. Whilst all of our nurseries provide exceptional levels of quality care and education, they are all completely unique! We are looking for Nursery Assistants and Nursery Nurses to work as bank staff covering shifts working on a zero hours contract across our 7 nurseries.

Benefits on offer include: Hourly Rate: £16 per hour Free access to our Employee Assistance Programme (provided by BUPA) Generous Childcare discount Fantastic Transport Links Free uniform is provided Opportunities across all 7 of our nurseries for progression The ideal candidate must have: Willing to travel and cover our 7 nurseries if required A full & relevant Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Experience working in a nursery An interest in working with young children (from 0-5 years) Team player Strong communication skills both written and verbal Ability to use initiative A passion for the Early Years
