Lab Technician
£35,000 + Full Training Provided | Continental Shifts | Major Expansion Plans
Rapid expansion. Full training provided. No previous experience required. Long-term career opportunity.

We are currently recruiting multiple Lab Technicians for a rapidly expanding advanced manufacturing business following significant international investment and a major site expansion programme.

No Experience Required
Full training is provided from day one. You do not need prior laboratory or technical experience to be considered.

Important Information Before Applying
- Permanent continental shift pattern (days and nights)
- 4 on / 4 off rota: 2 days, 2 nights, followed by 4 days off
- Own transport is essential due to rural site location
- Cleanroom PPE environment
- Full training provided regardless of experience
Shift Pattern
4 On / 4 Off Continental Shifts
- 2 x Days: 07:00 - 19:00
- 2 x Nights: 19:00 - 07:00
- 4 days off
The Role
You will be joining a modern, high-tech manufacturing environment operating within a cleanroom setting. The role involves supporting precision production and inspection processes with full training provided throughout.
Day-to-day duties include a mix of manual handling, microscope inspection work, computer-based data entry, quality control checks, and operating specialist equipment.
This is a structured role designed for individuals who want to develop a long-term career in advanced manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Working within a cleanroom and controlled manufacturing environment
- Following detailed process and quality procedures
- Microscope-based inspection and visual quality checks
- Supporting precision manufacturing and production processes
- Recording production and quality data accurately on systems
- Maintaining strict cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards
- Working as part of a team to meet production targets
