What You'll Do The LAB Unlocking Potential Manager - Diversity & Inclusion is responsible for driving delivery of key initiatives to support BCG’s Unlocking Potential (UP) agenda at a LAB system level. UP is BCG's talent enablement function, integrating our efforts across Diversity, Inclusion & Wellbeing, and this role sits at the heart of how we bring that agenda to life for our people. What will you do Strategy & Stakeholder Engagement Own and drive the LAB UP strategic agenda with specific focus on D&I initiatives, ensuring coherence across all pillars of UP Act as a trusted thought partner to LAB Leadership and LAB UP MDPs, proactively clarifying priorities, challenging assumptions, and co-designing better ways of working Build strong, trusted relationships across a wide stakeholder set, including local UP Leadership, Network Leads, and EMESA and Global UP teams Support local and LAB-level diversity affiliation networks, address key concerns, share best practice across networks, improve coordination/ collaboration among networks and offices Represent the LAB system in EMESA and Global UP workstreams, contributing to Regional and Global initiatives as appropriate Communications & Engagement Lead LAB UP communications strategy across email, Slack, and other channels, tailoring messaging, cadence, and tone to maximise relevance and minimise message fatigue Develop and manage calendars aligned to key moments (e.g. International Women’s Day, Pride Month, Mental Health Awareness Week etc.) Ensure brand and voice consistency across all LAB UP channels and touchpoints Data and Analysis Where relevant, support/ run ad-hoc D&I projects (e.g., Gender Pay Gap reporting, setting up new diversity networks, etc.) Continue to drive improvements in our existing data collection mechanisms to measure effectiveness of our LAB UP strategy, including analysis and communication of results to senior leaders and staff Leverage AI tools to enhance speed and quality of communications and data analysis Lead coordination and submission of data required for annual submission to obtain UK Disability Index score Manager LAB D&I budget You are good at Passion for diversity, inclusion, wellbeing, and people-related topics Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complex, matrixed environments Highly self-driven and able to independently own and advance strategic priorities Structured thinker with strong problem-solving and organisational skills Experience driving strategic change and managing cross-functional initiatives Strong project management capabilities with attention to detail and execution excellence Ability to balance multiple workstreams with competing deadlines, working with a high degree of autonomy Personal profile Empathetic with an inclusive lens, the heartbeat of what UP stands for Able to communicate mindfully on challenging topics to various audiences Collaborative and relationship-oriented, with excellent interpersonal skills Proactive mindset, thinks ahead, anticipates blockers, and plans around them Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced, international environment Strong sense of ownership and accountability

What You'll Bring Experience in communications, employee engagement, or people functions, ideally within professional services or a large international organisation Demonstrated ability to own and execute communications and/or engagement strategies end-to-end Proven track record planning and delivering events in multiple formats (in-person, virtual, hybrid) Experience working with or alongside Diversity, Inclusion, Wellbeing, or Flexible Working topics is a strong advantage Comfort using AI tools to support and enhance content production and workflow efficiency Fluent English (written and verbal); additional languages relevant to the LAB region are a plus Please note this position is not restricted solely to the responsibilities listed above and that the job scope and responsibilities are subject to change.

Who You'll Work With You'll work directly with the LAB UP Leadership (LAB UP MDPs, Global UP nodes, LAB People Chair, LAB People & Ops Executive Director) and with the wider People team on people related projects. You will also collaborate closely with functional teams to drive change in our key people processes and support our various diversity networks where needed. You will support the day-to-day running of the LAB UP agenda, including steering and developing programming/ content. You’ll report into the LAB People Strategy and Analytics Director, and work closely with the LAB UP MDP, both of whom will provide developmental guidance and support.
