US & UK-Based Labor & Employment Lawyers [$225-$250/hr]

Experienced lawyers who are qualified to practice law in the United States and have professional experience in a Labor & Employment / Employment Law practice group to create, review, and evaluate realistic legal and workplace policy scenarios, leveraging their experience with employment law, HR policies, compliance, and corporate advisory work.

Ideal candidates have experience with one or more of the following:

  • Corporate workplace policies
  • Employee handbooks and HR policy review
  • Labor and employment advisory work
  • Workplace investigations
  • Discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and accommodation policies
  • Wage and hour compliance
  • Termination, discipline, and employee relations matters
  • Multi-jurisdictional employment law issues
  • Employment law support for multinational companies
