Role Snapshot

Support evaluation of advanced legal reasoning outputs by assessing the quality, accuracy, and real-world applicability of system-generated responses related to employment, workplace, and labor law scenarios.

Core Responsibilities

  • Evaluate two system-generated responses for correctness, legal accuracy, and client-readiness
  • Provide structured written feedback to improve model reasoning and output quality
  • Assess responses involving employment disputes, workplace investigations, and labor-related scenarios
  • Participate in onboarding sessions and calibration workshops to align evaluation standards
  • Contribute insights to improve legal reasoning consistency and reliability in system outputs

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strong experience in employment or labor law within a law firm, in-house legal team, government agency, or labor union
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) or LL.B./LL.M. from an accredited institution, with active or inactive U.S. bar admission
  • Strong experience in legal research and writing, including case law analysis and drafting legal memoranda
