We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for animals to join our Laboratory Administration team!

Location: Harleston Laboratory

Contract: Permanent, Part-time

Hours: 32.5 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday 09.00 - 16.00

Core Responsibilities

  • To Process Newly Received Veterinary Submissions – through Data Entry & labelling for our laboratory
  • Manage incoming Client Queries and Incoming Communication from partner laboratories and suppliers.
  • Distribution of Samples to Referral Laboratories

Skills & Attributes Needed

  • Comfortable using computers and data entry systems
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow procedures and instructions
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Able to work under pressure and perform routine tasks reliably
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Additional Information

No prior lab or scientific experience required – full training provided.
