Laboratory Analyst
Laboratory Analyst – Oral & Solid Dose (OSD) Support
We are seeking a forward-thinking individual to join our world-class teams, supporting the Ware Manufacturing Site’s laboratories and driving process innovation while maintaining product supply consistency.
Job Purpose
The Laboratory Analyst plays a core role in our operations, responsible for:
- Conducting product testing and analysis to ensure a consistent flow of safe, efficacious, and compliant product
- Maintaining Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and adherence to EHS regulations in the lab
- Collaborating within the lab and across external departments/customers to:
- Maintain product supply
- Solve operational challenges
- Drive continuous improvement
This role directly supports the Oral & Solid Dose (OSD) function at Ware.

About Ware Manufacturing Site
Medicines at Ware (UK) are developed and manufactured as either:
- Respiratory devices or (primarily)
- Oral Solid Dose (OSD) forms

Qualifications & Experience
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 2 A-levels (or equivalent) in a relevant subject/discipline
- Proficiency in IT and computer systems
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Familiarity with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP)
- Exposure to tablet testing methodologies (e.g., HPLC)
- Skills in sample preparation, including:
- Handling balances
- Using pH meters
- Empower software experience (advantageous)
