What will you do? Make an impact!
The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the Tradebe CWR site Laboratory. Their tasks will include:
- The management and performance of sample analysis in line with BMS procedures for: pre-acceptance, trade effluent discharge, solvent routing, external treatment, flow meter, regulatory and general requirements.
- Maintenance of all laboratory equipment, supplies and service agreements.
- Support the Technical Manager with associated Site Chemist duties when required.
- Provision of technical support to business projects as appropriate when required.
- General administrative duties. Organise the time of the lab chemist and ensure sufficient lab cover at all times.
- Support wider Tradebe group to deliver projects, develop the lab network and other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Do you have what it takes?
- Essential – Educated to HNC standard in Chemistry or closely associated discipline.
- Essential – Experienced in Lab Operations.
- Essential – IT skills (Excel/Word).
- Desirable – Experience in Waste Analysis.
