Production Shift Laboratory Technicians – Hampshire, UK

About the Company

We are seeking science graduates to join a well-established leader in providing equipment to the healthcare sector. This diverse, hands-on role blends laboratory, production, and quality responsibilities.


Responsibilities

  • Support the production of products using lab techniques to required quality standards.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contribute to their continuous improvement.
  • Ensure quality control standards are consistently met throughout production.
  • Assist with calibration, preventative maintenance, and upkeep of laboratory equipment.
  • Ensure all products are manufactured to required quantities, timelines, and QMS compliance.
  • Maintain accurate production records and meet daily KPI targets.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and company procedures.

Requirements

  • A lab-based science degree.
  • Experience using micro pipettes (preferably from an academic background).
  • Valid driving license and access to transport.
  • Ability to work shifts (late shifts until 23:00 or night shifts).
  • Must reside in the Hampshire area.
  • Strong organisational and teamwork skills.
