Are you passionate about quality control? We are seeking a dedicated Laboratory Technician to join our dynamic Quality department! If you thrive in a fast-paced laboratory environment and possess a keen eye for detail, this is the opportunity for you!
What You'll Do
As a Laboratory Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products. Your responsibilities will include:
- Testing raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished products to meet stringent quality standards.
- Conducting tests on medical devices to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Supporting a culture of quality by adhering to GMP and other regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records in line with company policies.
- Working independently on tasks assigned by the QC Shift Supervisor.
- Aiding in the validation and verification of new testing methods.
- Reporting any out-of-specification (OOS) results immediately and participating in investigations.
- Keeping the laboratory organised and compliant with 5S standards.
- Collaborating with R&D on new product testing and maintaining the retain sample programme.
- Performing stability testing for all products on a yearly basis.
- Supporting training initiatives for laboratory personnel on key procedures and methods.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in Quality Control
- Knowledge of cGMP and ISO 13485 standards is advantageous.
- Strong planning, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- A quick learner who thrives in a team-oriented environment.
- A commitment to health and safety procedures.
