Job Description
Job Title: Laboratory Technician
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Cramlington
Hours: Wednesday to Saturday 12pm to 10pm
Salary: £24,454 pa plus shift allowance

We are currently seeking a Laboratory Technician to join our food testing and analytical services team. As a Food Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for:

- Conducting Food tests and analysis
- Ensuring the safety and compliance of food products
- Working towards quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
We welcome candidates who are new to the industry and those who can bring a unique perspective and diverse transferrable skills to our growing team - don't be put off you do not need a degree to apply!
As a Laboratory Technician you will demonstrate the following attributes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow procedures and processes accurately.
- Effective interpersonal skills, including communication and active listening.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Windows
