Description
Technically excellent, innovative and client-focused on a global scale; that is how we describe our highly successful Labour & Employment (L&E) team. This is a very exciting time to join us - you will have the opportunity to collaborate with teams from our extensive international platform, working on exciting cross-jurisdictional projects, as well as more locally-based matters.
We're looking for a Senior Associate or Director-level lawyer with a proven track record in the contentious aspects of employment law to join us in any of our UK offices.

Our Team
We are one of the largest and most globally focused practices in the world. Our global L&E team has a truly extensive reach, acting for a range of employers from small start-ups to listed multinationals, across a broad spread of sectors and encompassing a wide spectrum of businesses, from professional services companies to financial institutions.
Our Opportunity
This team has seen sustained revenue growth over past years, with increasing significant and complex mandates combined with strong demand from clients in the UK and internationally.
We work on large (often cross-jurisdictional) matters where you will be a valuable part of a global client team with front line client exposure. From day one, you will advise on a wide range of contentious employment law matters, providing an exceptional service to our clients.
You
You will be a qualified solicitor under the laws of England and Wales, with between 8 and 12 years' PQE.
Self-motivation, and the ability to deliver high-quality work are essential in this role. You will have excellent academics, and be adept at handling a broad spectrum of complex employment litigation matters.

You will be intellectually curious and enjoy resolving challenging legal issues. Experienced in delegating to and managing the work of junior associates and trainees, you will also have a keen interest in business development, including cross selling between the different practice areas of the firm.
