Job Summary
This role sees the Labourer ensuring the smooth day-to-day housekeeping operations at our development sites while supporting our site production teams.
Primary Responsibilities
- Opening and securing construction plots and storage containers
- Conducting site housekeeping, including general tidying and maintenance
- Managing site welfare cleaning activities
- Handling delivery unloading and storage organisation
- Supporting site teams, crews, and specialised trades
- Ensuring clearened walkways and implementing traffic management protocols

Experience, Qualifications & Requirements
- CSCS Card (essential)
- Strong self-motivation and proactive communication skills
- Exceptional attention to workmanship standards
- Full and valid UK driving licence (travel to multiple sites required)
- Proven safety awareness
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
