Total Training Provision: Labourer Opportunity in Birkenhead
About the Role
We’re seeking motivated individuals to join one of our outstanding employability courses in partnership with clients hiring Labourers for sites in Birkenhead. This course provides entry-level training and the opportunity to earn your CSCS card for free.
The course will run between 13/07/2026–31/07/2026 (weekdays only, 10.00 am–4.00 pm), with training held in Birkenhead. As part of the course, we’ll help strengthen your CV and ensure you meet job readiness standards.

Eligibility
✅ Unemployed candidates only ✅ Available to complete training between 13/07/2026–31/07/2026 (Mon–Fri) ✅ Resident within Merseyside region ✅ Not enrolled in another funded work programme ✅ Legally eligible to work in the UK ✅ Must attend all 4 training sessions (mandatory to access CSCS funding)
Job Responsibilities
- Assisting tradespeople on-site
- Lifting, shifting, and handling materials
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Ensuring site walkways are clear and hazard-free
- General cleaning tasks as required
- Adhering to all Health & Safety protocols
