A bit about the role …
We are currently looking for Labourers / Rip Out Operatives to join our team. You will be responsible for carrying out kitchen and bathroom rip-outs within occupied and void properties, removing fixtures and fittings, stripping out areas ready for refurbishment works, and ensuring all waste materials are removed safely and efficiently. You will also support site teams with material handling, site clearance, and assisting other trades as and when required. Tools for rip-out work are required.

We operate within the social housing sector, providing holistic housing services to local authorities and housing associations throughout the Northwest, North Wales, and West Yorkshire.
What you will be responsible for…
- Carrying out kitchen and bathroom rip-outs safely and efficiently
- Removing fixtures, fittings, flooring, and associated materials
- Loading, removing, and disposing of waste materials from site
- Maintaining clean, safe, and tidy working areas
- Picking up and delivering materials to site when required
- Assisting other trades on site as required
- Ensuring the van is clean and tidy
- Maintaining a level of professionalism in your work ethic at all times

What we’d like from you…
- Previous experience in a Labouring, Demolition, or Rip Out role
- CSCS Card (ideal but not essential)
- Must hold a full clean driving licence
- Be comfortable working in a live environment and occupied homes
- Good understanding of site Health & Safety requirements
You MUST be willing to complete your CSCS and/or Asbestos Awareness within 4 weeks of starting work
Package
We currently offer price work/day rate and, depending on experience and workload, can be up for negotiation.
