Ladies Jerseywear Designer Overview
We are partnering with a successful and fast-growing fashion business seeking a talented Ladies Jersey Designer to join their dynamic and creative design team.
In this role, you’ll contribute to the development of trend-driven, commercial collections across Ladieswear, working closely with both internal teams and high street retail clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop commercial ranges in line with client briefs
- Conduct thorough trend and market research, compiling mood boards and seasonal trend presentations.
- Collaborate closely with customers – attend design meetings, interpret briefs, and present ideas confidently.
- Develop strong concepts and range plans aligned with brand and customer expectations.
- Take part in competitor shopping, inspiration trips, and sourcing trips, staying ahead of trends and innovation.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a similar jerseywear design role.
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to produce high-quality tech packs.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation skills.
- A trend-aware designer with a commercial eye and attention to detail.
- Confident working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
