Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Advisory board members will be able to earn commission on qualifying introductions that convert into paid client engagements. In addition, advisers may also earn an agreed percentage of annual profits, linked to their role, contribution and the commercial value they help create for the business. The precise structure will be agreed individually and confirmed in writing. We expect this to include a blend of introduction commission and earned annual profit-share, depending on experience, network strength and level of involvement.

Thus if you think you could help Lagom Sports Compliance open the right conversations across UK or European football, we would be pleased to hear from you. Please send a short note outlining your background, your football-sector experience and the types of organisations you are best placed to introduce us to, to our retained adviser, David Symes FCA at david@compliancerecruitment.com, however please note we cannot reply to all applications so only successful applications will be contacted.
