We are seeking an experienced GRP Laminator to join our team on a major project on site at Royston, Hertfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for stability, high-quality work, and the potential for a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
- GRP hand lay up and laminating to specification
- Trimming, finishing, and repairing composite components
- Working accurately from drawings, moulds, and production plans
- Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and housekeeping
- Collaborating effectively with the wider production team

Requirements
- Proven experience in GRP laminating or composite manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, safety conscious, and committed to delivering quality
- 11 day rolling shift pattern
- 10 hour day
